Museum Entry Fees:

Adults – $4.00, Children & Pensioners – $2.50, Family – $10.00, (Entry is free to Society members)

Old Government Cottage is open on Sundays between 12 and 4pm at 16 Stanley Street, Bathurst and during the summer months Devonshire Teas are available on certain Sundays, contact the Society for details

School groups and large coach parties are very welcome at both locations with prior bookings.  Contact the Group Booking Officer on admin@bathursthistory.org.au for further details of costs and availability.

Research and Archives

Our Volunteers are available on Tuesdays from 10am to 4pm (subject to availability).

You can carry out your own research in our Archives on any Tuesday at a cost of $35.00 per day (free to Society members).  If you would like the Research Volunteers to do some research for you, contact them on research@bathursthistory.org.au and include all the information you have – names, dates, places of birth etc, and clearly state the specific information you are seeking.  There is a minimum fee of $35 for this service which is payable at the time of enquiry.
